Guitar Triad Soloing Scales

Sorry, this week is not interesting. I’ve been practicing my shape 1 and 2 scales more. I’ve been soloing over backing tracks. And I also learned a new use of triads. This is me just practicing them. Boring. I’m still learning how to apply them. But I’ve heard before that in jazz you can reliably sound good by enclosing a target note that is the third of the chord. In this case, I could use the triad technique on the third. Excited to make this sound musical!
